Since last night, i wasn't feeling well le. I told my supervisor, Rina that I have blocked nose and have being sneezing all day. I popped 2 plain panadol as my temperature was 37.7 degree Celsius.
Then in the morning, i can't take it le (@ 7am, I popped two panadol cold and flu with my temp: 38.3 degree Celsius). One hour plus later, my temperature rosed to nearing 39 degree Celsius. So i went to see my family doc. Thank god, itz the female doctor around. While waiting for my turn, my fever rose from 38.3 -> 39.3 le. I think itz becos' that i took a sip of h2o only. The clinic nurse saw my face and lips turn from pale pink -> pink -> lips to be bright red leh. She couldn't bare to see anymore and gave me a bag of ice to cool me down.
The weird time was that my doc gave me antibiotic, paracetamol, voltaren and blocked nose medicine. Heh?! I thought i may be allergic to amoxil or the voltaren. But itz turned out to be okay. The nurse advised me to eat some food (how to swallow?) and take the medicine. I gone home and asked my sister to get something for me to munch (Thank god that shez not working, she was around to take care of me)... She'z so nice to get me the cool fever patch (that was much better than DIY ice pack) coz it can be put in the fridge or the microwave.... the best thing was that itz really cooling loh to put on the really HOt forehead...
Love her sia.... Hee... she so nice... not like my mum who dun really took care of me last time when i had chickenpox... took 2 days MC loh... but good to have a rest...
