"I want to cut my hair," I screamed in my sister's face coz the weather's getting hot and gotten influenced by my Oncology pharmacy staff. I'm not sure whether itz on impulse or what. But I was kinda nervous when my sister and I stepped into the Chapter 2 saloon because before that, we were scouting the place and found the hairstylists were sitting there chit chatting so I didn't have the guts to enter.
The lady at the counter asked "do you have any hairstylist in mind?" "No...." I didn't expect the gege sitting besides her at the counter to do the whole package for me.
Strange.... coz he asked me to stick my arms into the plastic robe to avoid getting my clothes dirty (so different from other saloons)...... Then when I was flipping throughthe magazines, I saw the O.C. girl (Melissa).... I pointed to her hair and told him "I want this but much shorter." hez very gentle when cutting my hair. I felt abit tinkering....
And the most awkward part was that: while he was washing my hair, he instructed me to lay my head on his palm but..... my body did the opposite... then he smiled and said, "relax....." Coz im abit tired le, i was afraid that i might fall asleep and my head may be heavier... heee... So embarrassed.
When it was about to be done, he asked " How often you go and do your hair treatments? What do you put on your hair?" "Erm.... I did it when last April, i did my hair color. I usually put leave-in conditioner before i leave the house......" "If you want to do treatment, you must do it often. And putting conditioner too close to the scalp, will cause scalp problems and your hair will drop easier like mine (i.e. his hair)." "Ooh.... my galfrenz and I have long hair and always drop hair de...," I replied. then he advised "not to put it too near the scalp. Put on the ends or the middle. Tell this to them also." (hez acting like a big-gege)
Hee... he so nice.... but my hair and head juz don't want to give me face.... it puffs up due to the blowdrying and too little application of conditioner... haiz.... too bad he didn't give me his namecard..... but after that, i went home to put more conditioner and it looked much nicer.... all thanks to his good skills.... (he kinda looked abit like Messy, abit ooh not more than 10% is all i can say).....
